Proper Invoices mean a written bill or other request for payment for services or materials made pursuant to this Agreement and shall contain the following information, and any other requirements that this Agreement specifies: (a) Supplier’s name, telephone number, mailing address and shipping address (if different than the mailing address) (b) the Supplier’s invoice number (c) the date and the period during which the Services or materials were supplied (d) a description, including quantity (itemized list of services being invoiced for, time spent by each employee and expenses incurred on the project in the billing period, where appropriate), of the Services or materials supplied (e) the amount payable for the Services or materials that were supplied including a total showing how much money has been billed previously and a total billed to date, (i.e.
